[[To Willem]] "No, I think that's it." She took the piece of paper, folded it neatly and put it into her book next to her bookmark. "Thanks for the help." Well, it seems like I fell into the flow of the conversation again. Some things never change. She turned around while doing that short bit of introspection and quickly waved good-bye with a smile and then headed towards the indoor garden where she would be meeting the gardening club. Let's just hope this doesn't end up being a wild goose chase that leads to nowhere. I wonder of Dominic is having any luck with his investigation, though.

[[To Willem]] Setsuna watched and listened as the janitor in front of her started to mutter under his breath a lot and run on. In the end, he seemed to dismiss most of what she talked about but was willing to at least direct her to another possible lead. All of this however led her to possible believe that this entire issue may end up being a wild goose chase since she seemed to be skirting further and further away from the issue. Still, she noted everything the man said since it would probably be best to follow that lead since he looked like he would be unwilling to talk much further. "Which hotel room would that be? I would rather not have to ask the receptionist at the hotel for his hotel room if possible."
-
[[To Willem]] "YEEP!" Setsuna squeaked at the sight of the tall janitor. Considering that the man was coming to the supply room, he was likely the person she was looking for. However, she found herself at a loss of words. This was not because the person in front of her looked intimidating. In fact, he actually seemed like a fairly affable and down-to-earth person even at first glance. The problem was that Setsuna was never good at initiating conversation. She was always the type who would generally refute or advance a conversation after the first person had spoken. She tried speak to the man in front of her. "I-I-I--- um..." However, her voice tapered off very quickly. She looked back down at her feet, embarrassed at her little display. What am I doing!? I came here to follow my first lead! SPEAK, SETSUNA! SPEAK, DAMMIT! She slapped herself on the cheeks twice in rapid succession and exhaled. "I was told that...umm...you would be knowledgable about an Ancient Egyptian myth with...um...ties to the illegal duel rumors floating around the school...by a certain teacher." Better. But that definitely could have gone better as well.

With classes over, Setsuna ran out of the classroom. She had already sent a message to Dominic sometime while she was in class that she'd meet him at Heartland Square in about an hour or so and to start the investigation on his own if he felt like it. Setsuna let the Gardening Club know that she would be a bit late to get to the garden and that they should go on ahead and start without her. She had a lead she needed to latch onto as quickly as possible, even if the information came from more…dubious sources. It was at moments like these where she reveled in the conveniences of modern AR technology. She quickly moved over to where the D-Gazer on her eyes directed to and ended up at a Supply Room Door which was fairly close to her classroom. On the AR view in her D-Gazer, she saw the name 'Willem Van Dine-Workspace' hovering in front of the door. I didn't think it would be this easy to find. Looking at the electronic lock on the door an back at the door itself, she knocked on the door in front of her. [[Note: If Setsuna's in the wrong place, let me know]]

(To Anna/Dominic) Setsuna finished inputting her contact information on Dominic's D-Pad while she listened cautiously to Anna's words and returned the D-Pad in her hand back to its owner while taking back her own. "Janitor...janitor..."Setsuna mumbled to herself. Ugh. I can't remember the janitors' faces. I guess I'll just take his name down and see if I can probe him after school. Hopefully, Dominic would be willing to wait for a bit longer to meet at the Square. She shuffled the remainder of her belongings into her bag. She decided it would be best to let Dominic know once she was settled back in the classroom. "I'll look into that then." She said to the teacher in front of her. "See you guys later, then." It was at that moment she realized that she had just allowed the teacher she was suspicious of to drag her into her pace as she cursed under her breath.

(To Anna and Dominic) There it was. As soon as Anna approached and started talking Setsuna noted the same out of place feeling of deja vu...? Nostalgia...? Wariness...? Familiarity...? She still could not put her finger on it but she was sure it was the same feeling she had earlier that day. She at that point fairly certain that Anna was the cause of these weird feelings. Still, it was probably better to suppress the weird feelings she was having. "Even if it is a silly sounding rumor, the fact remains that the world of illegal dueling operates differently than one so whatever common sense and logic I applied to dismiss it may not really apply to the situation. Regardless of how ridiculous it sounds, the case still needs to be analyzed from that angle as well in order to at least weed out the possibility." Setsuna made a quick glance at the book she left on the table next to her half empty bento box and continued, "Besides, when we dismiss urban legends and rumors for simply being that, we narrow our focus way too much. Despite how outlandish they sound, urban legends generally have a reason they are created. Sometimes, they are a person's explanation of an actual event that they found surreal. Sometimes, they are used to divert attention from a connected item...and like you said, some are modern interpretations of myths and legends of the past which have their own level of truth. A lot of them eventually fade away but some will pass the test of time. A lot of older religions are great proof of that. That being said, the myths you're talking about in regards to Ancient Egypt areinteresting at least. A bit far-fetched at first glance but definitely something I want to know a bit more abouteven if it likely won't help with finding out the truth behind Professor Tenjo's death." After her long and somewhat incoherent rant, she took her spoon and dug back into the rice in her bento while awaiting what her new teacher was going to say next.

(To Dominic) As usual, Dominic's energy startled Setsuna for a second. However, she stood up and grabbed at his arm before he could leave. "Wait just a second there. Before you head off, we need to exchange contact information." She let go of him, sat back down and rummaged through her bag. She pulled out a customized D-Pad with an appearance reminiscent of a Spring Starflower and placed it next to him on the table with her (fairly small) contacts list open. "I don't want to have to end up running around missing you because I can't contact you. Pass me your D-Pad so I can add my contact information as well." She sighed. "But you're right. Even though I dismissed the idea earlier, we are probably going to have to look at this from the angle of the 'illegal duel' theory as well during the investigation."
-
Yep. I mean that. I don't remember doing so but considering my seemingly creepy obsession with Queen of the Night, it probably was me. That makes sense. Looking at the princesses and their effect, overlaying them seems to be somewhat of a waste. Thanks. Mind if you PM me the deck list? I'd love to play around with it myself.
-
Setsuna and Dominic seem to have shrugged off the 'illegal duel' theory pretty quickly. Though Setsuna seems to have some suspicions about Anna. Plus, if Dominic accepts Setsuna's proposal, the 'illegal duel' theory will likely return during their investigations. By the way you can use one of the former gardening club members Setsuna mentioned as a Rogue Numbers Holder of Number 87. Just a suggestion.
-
I can imagine how crazy creating a deck for Number 87 would be considering that I actually looked into it just for fun a while back and boy did it look like people were avoiding the card due to the annoying summon condition. Three Lvl 8s is pretty brutal. Now I'm curious. Is there anyone who actually has a deck that would be a good matchup with Number 66's deck?

(To Dominic) Setsuna watched as the boy in front of him got as well as fired up and the myriad of expressions that seemed to pop up and disappear on Dominic's face. It was actually quite amusing. She found herself averting her gaze and chuckling quite a bit while she watched and listened to his reactions. As he slid the book over and started giving his own summation of his reactions, Setsuna placed the mark back at where she left off and shut down the book feeling that she was at an adequate stopping point. "Well, it's the second part of a story arc so I am not surprised it would be confusing. It's like starting a TV show at the climax of its second season or something along those lines." She pointed out. He seemed to be asking about the visitors next, which seemed to be in a sort of sudden influx at the moment. "In general, this is a rarity. I am actually in a bit of shock that so many people have been coming to the garden. Like I said earlier, you rarely see any students outside of the four Gardening Club members in here outside of any events and even then, we rarely hold events here due to the fact that this club is actually fairly young. It was sort of dead during the time I got here and I along with a couple of seniors and a girl a year ahead of me who is now the current president revived it." She paused for a bit. "Those two seniors graduated and we had a couple of new freshman recruits leading to me becoming the VP. But, this was all something we built together and we ended up taking pride in that even if we didn't end up broadcasting it to the world...but I'm going on a bit of a long tangent, aren't I?" She sheepishly grinned when she realized this. She thought for a bit and then decided to make a proposition to her newfound...acquaintance? Friend? She really was not quite sure what to classify him as. However, she noticed that his hot-bloodedness and curiosity may have wormed their way into her. "You said you wanted to investigate Professor Tenjo's death further...well, you said that the situation is far too intriguing to simply wait for more info. So, how about we team up and do our own investigation? We can meet at Heartland Square, where the body was found and kick things off there. I do have to meet with the Gardening Club for a maybe like half after school to do a bit of work on the garden but I can meet up with you after that. What do you think?"

I had Throh. My Throh was Hydreigon's worst nightmare. It tanked blows and hit hard. My Throh was awesome.

I never had much trouble with cyrus, but facing off that Gyarados was really tense. (Outspeed with Luxray, then hope the guy lands it's attack, THEN hope it is enough to take him out in one shot...).
Ghetsis in BW was really hard indeed. It was almost Reborn-level (if you didn't train a hydreigon yourself)

My friend always had trouble with him, that was probably because his strongest was an Espeon.
