Did not work When I hit A it does not do anything, when I hit C it does the command to move a square and X takes me out of the puzzle andt the girl tells me "Thats okay, come back any time! It only costs one shard!"

I did the puzzle for dive! the problem is I don't know how to confirm the puzzle I know I did it right, I have done it like ten times already. When I hit "back" or X the girl at the counter just says I can try again later and does not give me the HM. If anyone can tell me what to press to let the game know I finished it would be great
