The meteor eating is part of the Delta Episode in ORAS, but I don't think Rayquaza will have to in Reborn.

That part is a little tricky, you need to fall down the pit and push boulders around, see if this vid can assist you, Solosis hunt starts from 6:20

The Rock on the staircase is not a rock smash rock, it's just a normal rock. Do I have to progress farther then when that area is first opened to get Solosis?

The Solosis event is still there. You should be able to walk up on to some ledges to get around.

Modest Huge Power Bunnelby with 20-ish IVs may still be viable in battles, you never know, fingercrossed at least it has a good IVs for attack~

Check Serra's room and Bennett's as well, also museum rooftop, most furniture are within the town~

^And you need to unlock a secret room in the gym via a pipe puzzle in order to meet the gym leader

What color are you supposed to turn the pipes? I tried both all red and all blue. I just got to the gym arena. :/
