Yeah, I've really got to stress how good Archeops and Escavalier are. They both hit like trucks (especially acrobatics from Archeops) and while Archeops is very fast with u-turn and some great coverage, Escavalier is incredibly bulky with a fantastic defensive typing. Escavalier in particular has been very useful since I picked him up, practically making Serra and Noel a walk in the park with STAB super effective iron head against ice and fairy (that clefable) and with swords dance the clefable literally stands no chance. He should be able to dismantle Radomus and Luna equally effectively but I'm on a bit of a break from my second playthrough and so can't comment on that with experience.
Both of them are very deserving of a "B" in my opinion with a possible "A" for Escavalier due to how useful it is for the next 4 gyms. (Seeing as how Serra, Noel and Radomus are generally complained about)

Someone found Pumpkaboo at a time other than nighttime? That's odd, it should be only found during nighttime..
Yeah, I'm the same. I can only find them at night.
I also tested the size thing and came up with no variation in 5 or 6 attempts.

Few questions. Is college like university? Pretty sure it is but also which year groups (1st year, 2nd year etc.) correlate to which titles? (Freshman etc)

Noctowl and Azumarill. You're welcome.
Also if you ever bring that Bellsprout back feel free to evolve it right the way to Victreebel.

Whatever he/she/xe/it is holding looks more like a rose tbh.
My thoughts exactly. First time I saw it I saw something holding a rose.
-
@Sheep93 sarcasm noted.
No seriously, I've been mashing A like a crazed monkey. Need to find me a Tauros so I can try holding it instead.
Edit: Ok I've figured out the problem. What you need to do is kill the Tauros fighting in front of the log. That'll send the Bouffalant straight into the log and it'll move. Just continue in this fashion and you should end up at the 8th gym in no time.
Sorry if I stole your fun Ame. Just trying to help in whatever capacity possible.
-
You hold A. You don't hit it.
Whoa, serious? Mind=blown.
-
Hit A a few times. If it doesn't work hit it a lot more. It should dismount you from the Tauros and you can go on your merry way.

world. The end.
You seem to have left out a couple of dots on the end there.

I found that Venomoth with sleep powder and psybeam was really useful but if you don't want to grind up another pokemon that's understandable. Light screen with a light clay can be really useful as well due to her tendency to spam sludge wave. Your best bets in that regard are probably Mr. Mime, Meowstic or Malamar.

A woody piece of shrubbery stuck in a semi-liquid combination of soil and water that can type
and apparently speaksounds like an individual that I would want to listen to.Listen maybe but act according to it's wishes? Depends on whether or not you think it's advice is sound I suppose. With regards to sanity? The advice is unusual certainly but not something I'd follow. Fortunately for you it appears you don't need to decide.
But seriously now, welcome. If you are interested in helping out with the game then probably talk to Amethyst? Or maybe just make a topic in the development section.
Also minor nitpick, (I hate to be the one to do this but) double posting is generally a frowned upon activity. There's a little edit button down in the bottom right corner of your post if you need to add more info before someone else posts. Figured if I tell you now you won't make a mistake later.

This looks fun! Let's go with bellsprout.

Welcome. Piece of advice for the game, if you're only planning on using 6 pokemon for the whole game then maybe reconsider that. Unless they're all obtainable early game you'll want some extra firepower for some of the earlier gyms. You can always rotate them out later.
-
Thanks for the effort! I'll give it a try later.
Edit: It worked like a treat! Thanks a ton Vinny, now I can spend the next week or so laughing my ass off.

Erm, I had a dream recently that I had a 6 year old daughter... Being 20 (and single) it was kind of disconcerting. All I remember is that I ended up leaving her at daycare so that I could go to a mate's place and play age of empires.
-
Welcome mate. I think everything's already been said so yeah, throw all the questions at Tempest or Vinny. In the absence of questions, probably question them anyway. Keeps them busy.

Where do people find Rotom?
It's pretty late in the game. You'll need the yuryu (or something like that) key which you can get after beating Noel. Go into the cave that Saphira comes out of and do a series of puzzles. You'll get the key. Then to get rotom you need to go back to Shade's power plant and unlock a door at the back.
Dunno about the forms sorry.
