gligarcan be found on one of the rooftops in the ward with corey's gym (forgot the name of the ward). i found him early in the morning. swablu can be found in the touras-bouffalant place. you have to headbutt a tree.

i think rioulu can be found at apophyll academy. you have to trade a luvdisc there.(i did this in episode 10 not 10.5)
