Not likely, I've already done like 5 playthroughs of the game.  One Nuzlocke, one Speedrun beating episode 15 in 12 hours, and one Fairy Monotype.  My most recent was when I got a new laptop and I had to do everything all over again.

[V9 - Save File Troubleshooting]

Not glitched but I'm in a situation where I can't progress any further.

In the Hidden Cave in Blacksteeple where you fight Madelis, if you happen to lose you will be taken back to your cell.  If you enter the blasted hole you will be sent back to the Hidden Cave and the cutscene will immediately play again.   None of my Pokemon can beat her first Pokemon as they are weak against it and it outspeeds all of them.  I can't go back to the Hidden Grove to train off the Wild Pokemon or switch Pokemon in the PC.

Adjust moves with 100 Base Power but 75 Accuracy like Dragon Rush and Iron Tail.  Earthquake itself is 100 in both categories while overloaded moves like Fire Blast and Blizzard have 110 BP and 85 Acc with status effects.

 

Leave it at 100 and give it 80 Acc, or make it like the other overloaded moves.

You appeared to be stuck when I loaded your save file, I moved you to where you needed to be to start episode 16.

As for E16, I would place the recovered save file under the document in which you found it in; /drive_c/users/Name/Saved Games/Pokemon Reborn.

If you're looking for the massages from Join Avenue, I'm afraid they haven't been implemented into Reborn.

 

You also have vitamins, but those only boost your EVs by 100 points for each stat.
