      If Eon Flute does not require your Lati of choice to physically be in your party, then it's a no-brainer. Removing the need for a HM slave is an invaluable opportunity. If it does require your Lati to be in your party and you have Latios, then it's still good, because Latios also gets Surf, so you essentially get 2 HMs with one move slot...
