  1. This is a idea I recently came up with, but since 'm not gonna start all over again, it's up to you guys to test it and tell me if it's good or bullshit not:

    The Reborn Monocolor Challenge (RMC)

    - You can choose one color at the start of the game (note that color is not typing, even if you have to deal with many poison types if you choose purple for example)

    - You can only catch a Pokémon if it has the color you chose before (the main color can be looked up at Bulbapedia or other sites).

    - If you don't choose Red, Green or Blue (the starters colors), you have to get rid of your starter as soon as you catch your first Pokémon (there are some starters with other colors though, look it up, thanks to Sheep for pointing it out)

    - You may have HM-Slaves, but they must not be used in battle

    - You may catch Pokémon that are not your color if you need them to trade Pokémon that are your color

Now there are 3 difficulties. Easy, Medium and Hard

    - Easy:

    - With every finished Gym you earn one point, points can be use as following:

    - 1 Point: You can catch a Pokémon of your choice, even if it's not your chosen color

    - 2 Points: You can change your color entirely to another one (note that you have to change your whole team then!)

    - 3 Points: You can choose another color without "loosing" the other one

    - You start with 1 point already

    - The color of the pokémon you catch counts. If it canges the color upon evolution, you can still use it

    - Medium:

    - With every finished Gym you earn one point, points can be use as following:

    - 1 Point: You can catch a Pokémon of your choice, even if it's not your chosen color

    - 3 Points: You can change your color entirely to another one (note that you have to change your whole team then!)

    - 4 Points: You can choose another color without "loosing" the other one

    - The color of the pokémon you catch counts. If it canges the color upon evolution, you can still use it

    - Hard:

    - With every finished Gym you earn one point, points can be use as following:

    - 2 Point: You can catch a Pokémon of your choice, even if it's not your chosen color, until you beat the next Gym

    - 3 Points: You can change your color entirely to another one (note that you have to change your whole team then!)

    - If the Pokémon you cought changes color upon evolution, you are not allowed to use it anymore

    - You may not choose red, green or blue as your color

    - If you want to further complicate your challenge, you can freely add a Nuzlocke to it

I would really be interested in hearing what you think, feel free to suggest changes and point out difficulties! And if you want to try it, leave your teams down below (or start a seperate threat, cause I would be really interested in following one of you doing this challenge)

  2. Mega Castoform

    Type:Normal

    Ability: Forecast

    Old Stats: 70/70/70/70/70/70

    New Stats: 70/70/100/110/100/70

Love this little thing, although it is not that good for usage. I made him more bulky and let him hit things harder. And of course every form has it's own mega-look!

    Mega Bastiodon

    Type: Steel/ Ground

    Ability: Intimidate

    Old Stats: 60/52/168/47/138/30

    New Stats: 60/82/198/57/188/10

    Old Weight: 149.5 kg

    New Weight: 220 kg

Even more bulk, Intimidate to support this. Gained weight to be able to use Heavy Slam, which can hurt after one or two Curses. New typing to get rid of the two 4x-weaknesses.

  3. Wow. 2 weeks gone for holidays, and that are way more sprites then before in this thread

Anyways, it doesn't seem like the Nidomech-thing got to an end, so I might as well continue it here.

qfr3t7o9.pngBasically the idea I had before, but with little rework, fixing some mistakes, deleting the 1 pixel thingies and added some shading details.

And, I said, why not, so here is my 5-minute Starmy. Don't know if thats the order of colors you want to have. I personally am not sure what to think of this (I think I like the original better), but see for yourself:

  4. Mega Farfetch'd

    Type: Fighting/ Flight

    Ability: Huge Power

    Old stats: 53/65/55/58/62/60

    New stats: 53/85/75/68/82/90

Similar to Medicham maybe. But you don't want to take a Brave Bird from this! I love Farfetch'd, but his stats are meh and it needs a mega!

    Mega Yanmega

    Type: Bug/Flying

    Ability: Speed Boost

    Old stats: 85/76/86/115/65/95

    New stats: 85/86/106/160/75/110

Instaban, because special Blaziken (probably even better) but its one of the coolest Pokemon ever and it even has Mega in its name, c'mon

  5. ..Shiny zombies? I've seen enough Pokémon Snakewood for a while.

Alternative shiny Pokémon are probably a cool idea, though I wonder how this would be implemented. (Won't go into technical stuff)

Actually, all knowledge that is required is the knowledge of Copy/ Paste

I gave it a try and thats how it would ingame:

  6. Don't waste your time headbutting trees on Azurine Island. Set your clock to like 7 in the morning and the Yanmas will be everywhere!

EDIT: That does sound a lot like a really bad advert now that I look at it, nevermind :D

  7. it would propably help if you would tell us how the rest of your team looks.

But if you want something against water and flying, an electric type pokemon is obvious. To good special ones are Ampharos (slow but bulk) and Manectric (fast but fragile). Just look on the obtainable list, which electric types are aviable at this part of the game, maybe one of them catches your attention
