  1. I'm really hoping/expecting that they do character reveals like brawl, and don't reveal any hidden characters before the game's release; otherwise, I'd feel like they're ruining any possible surprise that Smash 4 has to offer. And honestly, I really wouldn't be surprised if everyone revealed thus far--Save MM and Sonic--were starter characters.

  2. Oof. Kingdra needs some lovin'.

    Mega Kingdra.

    Type: Water/Dragon.

    Ability: Drizzle.

    Stats:

    (Old) 75 / 95 / 95 / 95 / 95 / 85

    (New) 75 / 125 / 95 / 135 / 105 / 105

    (+30 Atk, + 40 Sp. A, +10 Sp. D, +20 Spe)

Mixed or Sub DD in the rain would work wonders. (Dragon Dance / Outrage / Waterfall / Hydro Pump or Substitute.)

  3. Mega Furret

    Type: Normal.

    Ability: Huge Power

    Former Stats: 85 / 76 / 64 / 45 / 55 / 90 [415 BST]

    New Stats: 85 / 106 / 84 / 45 / 70 / 125 [515 BST]

    +30 Atk, +20 Def, +15 Sp.Def, +35 Spe

Calcs for the fun of it:

    252 Atk Huge Power Furret Fire Punch vs. 252 HP / 232+ Def Skarmory: 164-194 (49.1 - 58%) -- 64.5% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

    252+ Atk Huge Power Furret Fire Punch vs. 252 HP / 232+ Def Skarmory: 180-212 (53.8 - 63.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

    -1 252+ Atk Huge Power Furret Return vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Landorus-T: 231-273 (60.4 - 71.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

    -1 252 Atk Huge Power Furret Return vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Landorus-T: 211-249 (55.2 - 65.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Idk why the text is blue, but, yeah.

  4. I would do incredibly illegal things to get a Sneasel in Reborn. A Scyther would be beyond cool as well, as my linkstone is beginning to rot in my bag.

And yeah, I'm surprised we haven't been able to get a Rufflet yet; especially considering that it's basically completely out-classed by another Normal/Flying type who we already have access to, relatively early, at that. *coughstaraptorcough*

  5. Adamant would be best. The Chespin line really has no business using any special moves, so there's no point in lowering any other stats that could still be of use.

  6. Honestly, the Cradily shouldn't be any problem at all. Taunt it with Ferno so it can't use Curse, Recover, or Sandstorm, then just proceed to Mach Punch it to death. I did the same, and got through it with relative ease. But of course, with your Monferno being Hasty, Smack Down will probably do a respectable amount of damage, so I'd watch out for that. And if you can, try to make sure she uses her Super Potions up before she sends out the Cradily.

Aside from that, your Monferno and Grimer should be able to take on her team well enough.

  7. Prioritize: Boosts the power of all priority moves 1.5x.

    That 120 BP E-Speed, tho,

Quick Thinker: All moves that usually require a charge or recharge turn will no longer need to do so. (i.e, Hyper Beam requires no recharge, while Sky Attack requires no charge.)

  8. ~Gym Leader Pryze. (Psychic-Types)

    ~Alchemy Badge.

    ~TM03 Psyshock

    ~Double-battle

  9. Diantha looked like a man, and her MGardevoir tore through my hilariously under-leveled team. :[ (My highest level was about 14 levels below her Hawlucha.)

My favorite would have to be Cynthia; I loved her battle theme and her team was fun to battle against. Pretty much all I could ask for in a champion.

  10. Normal: Ambipom

    Fire: Chandelure <333

    Fighting: Infernape

    Water: Empoleon

    Flying: Crobat

    Grass: Roserade

    Poison: Drapion

    Electric: Jolteon

    Ground: Mamoswine

    Psychic: Espeon

    Rock: Tyranitar

    Ice: Glaceon

    Bug: Scizor

    Dragon: Latias

    Ghost: Aegislash

    Dark: Bisharp

    Steel: Metagross

    Fairy: Sylveon

  11. I absolutely abominate Venomoth. I can safely say that aside from Quiver passing, it's one of the most useless Pokemon ever to be spawned.

Also, the monkey-like things from gen 5. They make me want to do highly illegal things.

    Goodra <3

  12. This game has steeled my nerves. There is but one thing that could possibly diminish my determination; and that is if Ame decides that she doesn't want to add Rotom's other forms until AFTER the Fire-type leader. If that's the case, then I'm most afraid of Charlotte.

    Fire-types destroy my team /.\

  13. None of the gym battles gave me too much trouble, but Radomus was probably the worst. The only Pokemon I had for Psychic-types was Scrafty, and of course, basically all of them had some sort of Fighting-type move to wreck him.

And, I know absolutely nothing about chess; so it took me a good 2 hours to finally finish the gym puzzles.
