      I just want that Dragon Scale... because I have a feeling that Ame removes it or something like that.. I have no rush with getting a Kingdra since I can't get the moveset I want for it..

      Hmm I see. Well it seems that seadras have a 5% chance of coming with that item on the wild. Talking still about cheated games and if you don't mind minor spoilers, if it makes you less nervous, I've found that there's a collectable item event for dragon scale and others (like deepseatooth and scale) but no idea where those will be available.
