I JUST started episode 3 and have NO idea where to go. Can't get into goldenwood forest. What do I do? -
Any tips for tracking down Teddiursa? :/ I've looked everywhere carefully for it and haven't had a first encounter yet.

I'm not sure if this has been asked before, and after searching a bit and not finding anything, can someone tell me how does the weather work in the game? Is it random or does it depend on the weather at your actual location.
