  1. I've won too many gym, rival, and boss battles because they choose the wrong attack or didn't even attack me at a crucial turn where i status them after they attack. If anything, i think the AI needs to be harder. If you plan to get new pokemon later on that's fine, but you have to get an early game pokemon team to at least get you to the point where you get your new pokes to train up. One of the best early game pokes is trubbish for how stupidly fast he is and the amazing support he provides.
  2. For your case you need to get a weather inducer (heck can just be sandstorm/sunny day/rain dance as a move) to get rid of hail as for now you only have 1 poke to hurt her team hard and that's Blaziken. Since this is a doubles battle, you need at least 2 to dent her at the same time to shrug off the potential her hail team brings.. I managed to beat her without a weather inducer cause my team had 3 fighting types (Infernape, Scrafty, and Toxicrank) and a steel type (Magnezone) so I did a lot of super effective damage to her that could bypass her BS after having statistics finally work in my favor (not missing due to snow cloak + brightpowder)
  3. Yea its a Scraggy in there. You just can't get it till after you beat obsidia park and then explore the slums again.
  4. man I've been trying to find phanpys but I've run into only 1 out of 100 spearows
  5. First gym I've beaten using 3-4 pokes always. And usually I had a trubbish to fodder out and set up toxic spikes. I've been using a set team for 3 different runs and still doing fine. Ok not really set, cause sometimes I abandon old pokes for new ones.. but I don't go back to my old pokes once I get new ones. Also fern will lose to any fire or flying type you've trained up. Ludicolo or ferrotorn will be your only concerns when fighting him if you lack one of those types.
  6. .. If you got through the slums then you should know what pokemon is in it. Otherwise i'm spoiling the plot of the slums for you. You don't lose the pokemon either, you just can't get until after you beat the obsidia park plot
  7. You can't get any of the pokes in the poll yet. Otherwise good luck. You will need to train a lot of pokes though since you will have to use the teams greatest weakness. IE Gardevoir/Magnezone for Aya, Fire type/fighting type + toxic spikes for Florinia, psychic type for Corey, etc etc. Just good luck on Shade though.. i don't know how you will beat him with only 3 pokes. Chandelure is like guaranteed to take one of your pokes. I'm assuming you can't use death fodder either.
  8. Piplup sucks Turtwig does work Aya isn't that hard you have to build your team around her. Seriously though, i've used both of those starters, couldn't do anything with Piplup except lose trainer battles.
  9. I have to laugh cause my first run I used Toxicroak, Gardevoir, AND magnezone just cause i liked them lol. Aya was too easy using all 3 of them. Aya can also be beat with Gallade (requires grinding him up cause Kirlia will be trash with a good nature for Gallade) and Rock types. I had Gallade and Gigalith do well. The problem with Kling is that he learns the same moves as magnezone but lacks the epic sp attack and electric stab.

    Hidden Power

Yea but its not worth using unless the base power is like 60+, which is why i think a feature to tell us the base power would be nice. I'm not asking for perfect IVs till like end game anyways, and its not my main concern either... I just want to know if its worth putting hidden power on my poke or not
  12. Last accessable town.
  13. Nothing can't fight Cradily. Its too damn bulkly. I win either by getting lucky with 5 turn sleep or toxic it.
  14. anyone know if you can use this to rig natures/IV values?
  15. for cool guys who like to play with the sound effects but your own music: go to BGM folder and delete the contents
  16. well a fire pokemon with 2 others can pretty much destroy florinia. You just need to catch any trubbish and have it set up 2 layers of toxic spikes when foongus is in to take care of cradily. Though she might sight foongus out for some random reason and then your toxic spikes are gone :x Vulpix, Magby, and a fire starter can do it. I've had to use a fire pokemon though every time I've fought Florinia though since I do rely on small teams like you are as well. If grinding is too slow, get cheat engine and speed up the gameplay as for dealing with the double battle admin. Focus down the eeveelution side first. Then you can 2v1 the other set of 3 pokes. Pretty much the common strategy for this fight. Using a small team means your levels should be significantly higher like level 30 or so at this point. So you can easily focus down pokes unless you really have a bad early game team (doesn't learn good moves till later)
  17. .. Its not what are the best.. But when you can get them
  18. I have never once found an Amoongus but i've run into like 3 shroomishs.. Lol (and i haven't really been there much)
  19. Alright, just gonna say that Petilil requires you to beat Florinia first before she will appear. This is to the other person who wanted her. Now to figure out when I can get starly cause can't find one on the roof top garden for now..

    Hidden Power

That's why I suggested an outrageous price for it. I was thinking it'd be nice for perfect IVs for end game at least. So give it an end game price.

    Hidden Power

Is there a way to check what kind of hidden power and its base power? If not, this would be an amazing feature to add! and then you should add an IV fixer >_> so we can get good hidden powers for like 50,000 moneys or something.
  22. The Dawn stone is in here. That's all you need to know.
