Skorupi can be found at the underground railnet, or I think you can find it at Azurine island. -

Are there any pokemon worth getting at Azurine Island? How long does it take Azurill to evolve by the salon? Is there anything to do about the bug that decreases the reaction time for fishing? I need it to evolve my machamp, and it doesn't have the option to buy another one.

I think if you finish the team magma quest line, they give you one as an initiation gift. Other than that, it's in their alley, but it's rare.

I already bought 1 linkstone, is there another way I can get another? I need it to evolve my Machoke, it doesn't have the option to buy it when I talk to the guy selling them at the grand stairway. -
