Ok so I was trying to find Mudkip and I finished catching the gastly and Spiritomb ._. I'm just outside of the cave where Spiritomb is... Am I close to it?

So I finished chapter 8 with 5 pokemon in my team, but since almost everyone has 6 pokemon and the gym leaders are sometimes a pain in the... well you know, I wanted to get the final pokemon for my team... so I'd like to hear your suggestions. Maybe this was already answered but looking for it in 25+ pages is a bit tedious... Can somebody tell me where the mining kit is? I already finished chapter 8. Also, has someone been able to get to the 5th floor of the Obsidia dept. store? EDIT: I found the 4th sticker, so is there a 5th for the 6th floor?
