  1. Yeah, my Kirlia still had teleport, so I teleported back to the pokemon center before Fern got there. I walked back to the forest, and the event activated without Fern there. I just got the speach bubbles at the entrance of the forest. So I said no, and when I jumped back down the hole, the door was open. Yeah, Fern sucks.

    Yea. Like I would rely on Fern when he killed my mudkip so much. So I just teleported out of there. ^_^

  2. You know it might be possible. I don't think it is though because there is no history in any games of Porygon holding it, but I mean if you can get electrizer or magmarizer who knows.

    Ame will probably have in the mall to buy when you get enough stickers.

    I would sooo like a porygon z. That would be awesome ^_^ But, you can't get it yet. :(

  4. Can someone tell me how to get a Metagross in the game? (and isnt it just easier to move the regular sprite image out of the sprites folder to get a shiny? just replace the regular image with a shiny copy and name it the same thing as the original normal file)

  5. Admittedly, I don't have a particle for windy days yet (realllly wish I could get my hands on the effect in Newbark town in HGSS) so your best indications are other things changing, such as the hoppip

    AWWWW YEAAAA HOPPIPS. I caught about 20 of them when i saw them ^_^

  6. Im used to playing VBA with speed at %200. No need for a 30-second turn when its just simple to understand, which GameFreak would take consideration to this problem. Was just asking if anyone knows a way to speed this game up I know I cant be the only one that dosnt like these turns that take forever :o

    I'd prefer not for this to happen because then I start skipping the game and it loses the fun Ame and her team put in it. :(

  7. I'm not really a fan of luck as a factor of Game Desgin... But who knows?

    Also, it will make people spend more time in places to make sure they found all of the secrets. And it makes it so other people can't help them and it's completely up to their game and not a set time/weather event.

  8. Haha, I don't know, that's a really good question actually.

    I want this to be the kind of game where you think of something, and you're like, pfft, no way that would work, but I'll check just in case

    and then it works.

    When I was young, after Crystal had just come out, my friend and I were playing on some playground, and this other kid came up and we began talking about the game. The kid told us how, after you had cleared the Kanto region in Reborn, if you had a Lapras there was a secret way that you could actually travel to the Orange Islands in-game. Needless to say, we were enthralled with the prospect- firstly of the only other region in the anime so far having been accessible- and no less, right under our noses the entire time. And secondly, the fact that it was such a hidden, well-kept secret. It brought a sense of majesty to it. We were in awe.

    Naturally, we never found it.

    When I found out that I had been lied to, I was a little bit heartbroken. It would have been soooo cool, I thought, but it was just a dream after all.

    I want to make a game with secrets like that- that maybe you'll hear it from somebody, and you'll say, hah, no way that works.

    But then it does.

    Unfortunately, if it only takes a week for people to find those, then... It's not nearly as cool, is it.

    Well, to change it up and make it harder, have events that aren't weather based and are based on luck and chance
