You have to defeat the first Tangrowth and save the Obsidia Ward.

All I saw about raining for Zorua was "Idk if it's weather based" and "Yeah I'm pretty sure it's weather based," or something like that. Rain was clarified for Zangoose, but not Zorua. So I was just making sure. Thanks for clarifying!

I feel like that's going to receive a "There's a Thread for that" message if it has anything to do with how to catch certain Pokemon

Is the weather the same for everybody? Like if it's sunny on June 15th, 2013 for me, will it be sunny for everybody else? If so, then we could possibly record dates in here to make it easier for people to achieve the weather they want, so they don't have to change the date repeatedly until they get what they want.

Is there a special condition that needs to be met to find Zorua in the alleyways, or perhaps do you have to have a specific badge? I have the first four badges atm.

It hatched about 10 minutes after I got it, probably because I had a Magby with Flame Body. It's worth your while to hatch and train, though.

One lever is in a cave, The second is across a bridge (kind of close to the buildings on the Beryl/Jungle border), and the third you have to go through a building with a Team Meteor Grunt inside.

In Pokemon Ruby, I ran into a shiny Electrike, but at that time all my Pokemon were level 40 or above and it was level 13 or so, so I couldn't weaken it, wasted all my balls on it, and then knocked it out :/ BUT in Diamond, I was able to wrangle myself a Buizel It's worth noting that, after my failed encounter with Electrike, I turned my game off and back on, put a weaker Pokemon in my team, and stood in that patch of grass looking back and forth trying to find it again for about 20 minutes. Derp.

The tag battle probably became much less of a pain after Release 8 added the "Your partner has more than one Pokemon" feature.

Solrock is under the Grand Stairway. You need Rock Smash to get to it. Can't remember exactly where though.

Where can I find Scraggy? I about had a heart attack when I saw the one running around in a box, then got really sad when I couldn't catch one of the gang

Oh hey guys. I'm going to sound like a complete noob here, but I need help finding a couple things: The fifth Policeman. I've found two in Jasper and two in Beryl. I read something on here about finding one dead in a hole, but... I can't seem to find him. The Daycare couple. I defeated the Meteor grunts posing as them, but I don't know where to get the key, and if I were to guess, the key would lead to the Coral Ward warehouses? I just recently liberated Heather, and everybody is meeting under the Opal Bridge to leave Reborn, so if those things can be found before leaving Reborn, I would like to get those taken care of first thanks!
