  1. Congrats! Yes, atm there is no different dialogue if you win (I don't think Ame expected people to). Later on there may be, but for now there's no difference other than the fact that you're richer. Although it still does kind of make sense anyway because Solaris says something like "There's no point in continuing...". Even if you beat his Garchomp, he would still in all likelihood have five more pokemon to smack you with, so Victoria's "X lost?" still applies. I mean, even if you won, the Garchomp probably made its mark on your team. xD
  2. Pretty much. Trying to win by getting lucky with accuracy or sleep or something just isn't worth it - there's too much luck involved. You can just lose, or if you really hate losing catch a low-level Sturdy pokemon and a Duskull and proceed along that line.
  3.   I feel like Custap Berry could be slashed with Leftovers for this set. It's great for netting surprise kills with Destiny Bond and I don't think losing Leftovers matters all that much to Wobbufett.

    bulbasaur...

You need Strength to find it but you have to find it a few times so I don't know its final location. And O.O I didn't know that. Good thing I didn't fight him again for more money...
  5. Eating Chocolate Digestives and drinking tea. Nothing can upset me right now. Nothing. <3

I never get stomach ache. :)

    bulbasaur...

I haven't asked about the Tepig but it's true that at the moment if you go to the top it repeats the Solaris fight so if that's where you're supposed to find the Tepig then that's not available either. Don't know if you find it there or elsewhere in the volcano, though.

    bulbasaur...

There is a bug at the moment which prevents access to the Bulbasaur. Ame has fixed it for the next update.
  8. Even my cat is happy because it's Friday. :D

  9. What you can do is attach a Focus Band to a Ghost type with Curse (Duskull is an easy one to get) and keep retrying until the Focus Band activates, letting you survive a hit so you can use Curse. Solaris has about three Full Restores but if you bring a team full of Sturdy users you can stall him long enough. He doesn't give much exp, so it's pointless to bring your main pokemon. Just use a Ghost and some Sturdy pokemon to stall him out (Nosepass, for instance). The only benefit to winning against him is that he gives a hefty chunk of money. The method I just stated is pretty easy as long as your Band activates, though, so you might as well beat him. That's how I did it, anyway. It's not required, though, so if you just want to move along with the story then lose to him.
  10. I don't have much of an accent at all, I don't think. Some people have really warped ideas about what a normal Irish accent sounds like, though. o.O Most of the time they're thinking of a Scottish accent or something. Idk.
  11. I hate Thursdays. Bring on the weekend!

  12. Definitely during a thunderstorm, I think. The flashing can make it really tedious getting anywhere, plus it's so dark. But if it's really bothering me I just change my laptop's clock to make it daytime.
  13. What time was it when you were there? I seem to recall it gets pretty dark pretty early on Azurine. Anyway, there's a shortcut from the house to the boat, you just go back left and up north from where you were and there should be some ledges you jump down which should take you straight back.
  14. That's what I'm trying to remember. Maybe someone else who's gotten up to floor five knows, because I've completely forgotten how I got it.
  15. Maybe you could ask further questions in the thread mentioned above? Don't know if it's for all general game queries or just points in the game where you get stuck, though. Well, as for this question, I know I found one Dawn Stone as an invisible item in the Wastelands. Can't remember exactly where, but there are loads of items hidden there so it's in your best interest to go around pressing C on absolutely everything.

    Snorlax

BandLax   Snorlax @ Choice Band   Adamant Nature EVs: 252Atk / 252SpDef / 4Def Trait: Thick Fat   - Return - Crunch - Pursuit - Earthquake/Fire Punch   My favourite thing to use in all of UU on the PO server. I'm sure it won't fare as well in OU here, but if you happen to be on the PO server or just want to try using this thing in OU, then here it is. The BandLax is great for bulky offence, which is my favourite style of play. It destroys things that like to switch in on the more common CurseLax and Special Wall Snorlax. Return is like BAYUM. Crunch is, y'know, for ghosts. This set is a great Chandelure switch-in, especially Choiced variants. Of course, Chandelure is equally dangerous to you if you click Return without thinking and get trapped.Earthquake and Fire Punch are coverage but most of the time you'll be using Return or Pursuit. This Snorlax isn't nearly as durable as a defensive Snorlax, though. Be aware that it is meant to be part of an offensive core.
  17. Drifloon is supposed to be there, but it isn't showing up right now because of a bug. Ame will probably have it fixed for the next release. And yeah, they're definitely not all available yet, but you can get up to the fifth floor at the least.
  18. Know the streetrat in Obsidia Ward that asks you if you'd be willing to spare 50 bucks for him? Keep giving him 50s and he will eventually move, letting you go inside a house he was blocking the way to. Ralts is inside.
  19. Thank you kindly...what do you after getting Makuhita in the cage below, though?
  20. Thought about this and decided it's probably better if I ask here rather than making a new topic - where is Ditto? Is it disguised as another pokemon?
  21. I'm racking my brain trying to remember where I got that last one. I'm sure someone else will have it and will know...I'm playing the game a bit today, so maybe I'll remember then...
  22. Did you see a little boy when you went to the abandoned Power Plant? He wants to go home to Lapis Ward but he's scared of a pokemon. If you talk to him he'll be able to go home, though you'll need to find and save him one more time on the way to Lapis. Once you do, find his house in Lapis and his mother will give you a sticker. I have one more also, I'm just trying to remember how I got it...
  23. M'kay, thanks Ame for letting me know. Well then, the key to getting Spiritomb (and a number of other spooky creatures) lies hidden in the Byxbysion Wastelands. I'm not sure if you're at that point in the game yet. It'll probably be more fun to explore and find it yourself because there're so many things to find in the Wastelands.
  24. Gyarados is probably the best for outright counter-teaming him (Turn one: Rain Dance. Turn two: Dragon Dance. Proceed to sweep...actually, anything with Rain Dance is the best thing to use against Cal), but any good water pokemon should do the trick. Crawdaunt would pack more power than Lanturn but it's also a lot frailer and would be vulnerable to Electric-type coverage moves, which Lanturn isn't, so you'd have to make sure that Crawdaunt could outspeed his team if you want to go down that route. A Rock type wouldn't hurt, but again beware of coverage moves and especially burns if your Rock type is a physical attacker. Honestly, though, Cal is pretty easy so there's no need to over think things.
