Great list. I'd also add Radiant Historia (DS/3DS) if we're talking about overlooked RPGs—it has one of the better time-travel stories on the system and a really fun turn-based battle system. I definitely agree with Rune Factory 4. Even years later it's still one of the strongest farming RPGs because there's always something to do beyond farming. 999 is another one I'd recommend to anyone who enjoys mystery games, as long as they don't mind lots of reading. It's one of those titles that's much better if you go in knowing as little as possible.
