Nvm, I was able to fix it by restarting chapter 12.

I can't progress with the story because I am transferred away from the main storyline after a forced group talk I did not initiate aboard the Pirate Ship in chapter 12 (I'm forgetting the name) after mimikyu breaks us free from the jail cell.
