I swear I checked that room before... apparently not, I found her finally. And I managed to stumble upon the 9th stamp, its from the Trainer Fanclub in the Scholar District of GDC. I don't know what requirements it needed because I'd been in there before and they didn't just hand you the stamp.

I still can't find her, the guide isn't updated to the newest version, has anyone actually found Venus in the newest version?

I've scoured all of Zone Zero but can't find Venus. The only place I can think of that I haven't checked is room 2A of the abandoned apartments but its locked. Am I missing something?

I can't seem to find accurate information after the update, I really need Occa Berries and Zinc but can't find Venus or Neptune to get a stamp. The only two I have atm are the two that you are given at the mall.
