Hey, I mostly just lurk here and usually find errors I have with mod seems to be me with an ouddated version but I updated to 0.8.5 recently and since there's now an supposed to be an NPC that exists to turn on or off additional effects / replacements abillities. But I can't find them, am I missing something? I am 100% sure I talked to every NPC I could find in the area but no luck. If it's at all relevant I'm playing on a save imported from 0.8.4.
I decided to just get another clean install and NPC shows up now, weird cause everything else seemed to be functioning fine.
