Where is the Wreckage Rig for the Shipwreck Discovery Quest?

Never mind I figured it out; you need the Enigmatic Key. But there's also a pillar on route 5 and when I used it there it said it opened a door somewhere? Where's that?

I'm trying to interact with those pillars underwater on Route 11 for Jolene's quest, but I can't figure out how to do it. I tried interacting with what I believed was the tallest one, but nothing happened. A message just showed up saying I couldn't activate it or something.

The description for the shop items says that a maniac will buy them for a high price. Where is the maniac?

Decided to make a list of the various key items in the game, where they're located, and what they do. This is just the stuff I remember; if anyone else remembers something that would be appreciated. I'll be sure to come back and update this. Spoiler-free Key items: Coin Case: Allows you to do stuff in the Game Corner. To obtain it, go to the second floor of the hotel in East Gearen, talk to one of the people there, and then head to the sewers. HP/Attack/Defense/SPAttack/SPDefense/Speed cards: All of these let you grind out EVs at the lab in Gearen. They can all be obtained at the Game Corner for 10 AP each. Troupe Flute: Obtained in the cave on route 3 from some lady. There are six Poliwags across the map; find them with the flute and they'll go back to the cave. This rewards you with a Poliwag. Mining Kit: This lets you mine glowing rocks for various items. You get it during the main story in Chapter 5. Cursed Candle: Obtained in one of the chests in Wispy Ruins. Can be placed on one of the graves at the top of Amethyst Cave for a Litwick. Spoiler Key Items: Weird Diary: CHAPTER 9 SPOILERS

I beat Adam at Chapter 13, but the cutscene afterward stopped working and it wasn't progressing forward?

I one-shot it with a Head Smash from my Hisuian Arcanine. I think you can get Hisuian Growlithe somewhere in Valor Mountain.

You know how when you do something as part of a quest, the thing at the bottom telling you what to do is supposed to update? I'm doing the Chapter 13 main story and I've gotten to Sashila, but the bottom part is still giving me instructions for the "fight Bladestar" part of the quest.
