So I've been playing the game and recently got my hands on Cut, and NONE of my pokemon can learn cut with my team being Electabuzz Serviper Pignite Fearow Fomantis Gothita, but had to switch to Nidoran because I need a pokemon that can learn Cut, So what I have to say is WHAT THE F***!?
