This has been driving me up the wall. So I know to get the Chansey department store sticker I need to buy a second herbal medicine and wait for a clear day to speak to the NPC in Spinel town who is then teleported to Chrysolia springs. But I'm now at the point where all I have left to do is beat the Elite Four and I can't for the life of me get this NPC to spawn/find her anywhere??? Does anyone have any advice on where to find her/how to finish this bloody side quest.

I've currently post-Adrienn and I've eventually beaten Eustace. I've went to go find Arclight so I can finish off the Mega-Z sidequest but he's no longer in the nightclub. Where can I find him?
