Tested on Bellsprout as well, on reloading the game Strength Sap disappears from the move list.

I have caught and bred Vileplume with strength sap and it disappears from it's move list inevitably on reloading the game. This includes my bred and boxed oddish that had it as well. It only seems to be the Vileplume line as my Morelull I used to breed them still has it.
