There are multiple maps in Teknite Ridge. It might only work for some of them. What worked for me was the northwest-most map (i.e. the one with the Rock Climb spots that lead to a Jangmo-o egg).

You don't really add the mod to Pokemon Reborn. The download has its own executable. Anyway, I'm assuming you'd add the mod to the Steam deck the same way you'd add the base game. I don't have a Steam deck myself, but I'm guessing it's much the same as adding non-Steam games to your library, yeah?

It should. The way the light ball works is that it affects the Pichu and Pikachu species. Partner Pikachu isn't a different species, it's instead a different form of the Pikachu species.

No problem! As for Terapagos, I'm not quite sure. I think it's still a work in progress, but I don't know any specifics on that.

In order to fix that, use the Debug mod. Click on the Pokemon in question, go to the debug option, then go to the species option. Luckily, the name of the Pokemon is the same as the species it used to be. For example, your Baxcalibur was turned into Wugtrio, but its name didn't change, so you know it's actually Baxcalibur. Just change it back to what it once was. (Edit: If you nicknamed any Pokemon and don't remember what species they were, I'm afraid you'll have to do some sleuthing. You can likely figure it out from where you caught the Pokemon and/or the moves it has, since the Excel file that comes with the download has a section for Pokemon locations.) Edit: If you don't have the debug mod, it's in Aironfaar's Mod Box. That page has installation instructions, but I'll repeat it here. Download and then extract the mods. Then, put AMB - AddOpt.rb, AMB - AddOpt_DebugMenu.rb, and AMB - MonkeyPatched_PokemonScreen_pbPokemonScreen.rb into <Pokémon Reborn install path>/Data/Mods. After that, in your in-game Options menu, you should see "Show Debug Menu" under Additional Options. Either PKMN or Both needs to be the set option to alter your Pokemon from the menu. Note that you really shouldn't mess around with debug options if you don't know what they do.

The Pokedex wouldn't change. The only thing the Sunkerns do is change battles. As for those not changing, they affect specific battles, like the Gym Leaders, or Fern. Are those still staying the same?

Just to take a wild stab at the problem, have you talked to one of the Sunkerns to choose whether the opponents are using the custom or vanilla teams? Because I'm pretty sure that changed battles don't start if you don't do that. Edit: The Sunkerns are usually in Pokemon Centers or before major story battles.

There's a kind of hierarchy of evolution with the Eevees. If it's evolving into Hawkeon, it's windy, and that is superseding the Sylveon evo. Wait until the weather changes, then try again. There should be a section of the Excel guide in the download showing all of the Eevee evolution methods, so you can tell what's going on.

Are you doing it at the right time? I'm pretty sure Charcadet needs to be leveled up at night for Ceruledge and during the day for Armarouge.

Are you post-city restoration? Because if I'm remembering correctly, the fossil shop only shows up after that.

It should be. Just level up Stantler with Psyshield Bash in its movepool and it should evolve.

The level at which it was learned was moved further off for balance reasons. Annihilape that early on just broke the game. It learns Rage Fist at 42 now, I think.

Last I checked, Kubfu is a reward for Pokedex completion from Bee in Agate City. According to the Excel file that comes with the download, Fervis also added a second one at Apophyll Academy after beating Saphira. According to said guide, you need Urshifu in the first slot in your party.

On first entering the Grand Hall basement level (in Eevee Reborn), the black transition screen never ends. For some reason, this isn't a problem on my later files. Maybe it has to do with whether the A.Vulpixes have been released? That's the only thing I can think of.

You ought to be able to find Fuecoco in the Pokemon Center of Ametrine (the snowy place) after defeating Blake. If I recall correctly, you need to give the Fuecoco a Blue Moon Ice Cream, and it will join your party.

To be fair, it's a bit strange that the password alone isn't enough. Why make a player toggle it to "on" when they've already indicated that they want it? Anyway, glad to help!
