Okay so EVERY time I try to play the updated version, the first image shown pops up first then after getting to where it would start, I press the start key and the second image shown comes up. I've tried downloading the patch, but I'm stumped as to how to connect it to the game folder. Lastly, the built-in updater never seems to work for me.

...I just now realized what I did wrong in this thread, and this'll be the last post from me on it. To @Katernin, Sorry for what I said to you. I'm also sorry for posting period on this thread, it won't happen again on my part. Oh yeah! My thread is titled"Unable to battle a gym leader".

Hello. When I try to update my file, it just won't let me do so. When I try to battle a gym leader, the game crashes before the battle can even begin... Can someone please give me some directions on how to properly fix these problems?

I tried to update my file, but I can't seem to figure it out. I need this patch as when I try to battle one of the gym leaders, it keeps crashing before the battle can start. When I use the updater thing, it just says it can't find the local version. How do you fix these? I'm sorry if I'm breaking any rules, I'm just desperate to continue my adventure... P.S: I've already done made a different thread, you don't need to be rude @Kaernin.
