I'm starting a new playthrough, and I'm stuck between choosing mudkip and torchic. Part of me wants to choose torchic because I've never used it before in Reborn or mainline and because it's considered the best starter. But another part of me wants to use mudkip because of its typing and learnset. So, which would be more worth it in the long term?
