So I have read a post in where a guy suggested to use a mid-day lycanroc. So I did I also use rain dance but I still get destroyed by nine tales and her Delphlox right after I beat her first two Pokémon. Does anyone else have any suggestions on what to do? Also I am using a Rhydon but it gets one shot by nine tales.

So I have been a stuck at Ava for a couple of days now, and no matter the way I switch my team nothing works My current team: Ampharos: 45, power gem, Discharge, thunder punch, Take down (Ability: static Meowstic (45): shadow ball, psychic, Signal beam, psyshock (Ability: Infiltratior) Toxicroack (45): Venoshock, Mud Bomb, Sucker punch, Drain punch (Ability: poison touch) Clawitzer (45): Aura sphere, smack down, Crabhammer, Water pulse (Ability: Mega Launcher) Rapidash (45): stomp, flame charge, fire blast, morning sun (Ability: Run away) Gothiltelle (45): pyshic, Feint attack, psyshock, dark pulse. (Ability: Competitive) High levels in my PC Sharpedo (LV.45, ability rough skin) Zoroark (Lv. 40, ability: illusion) Minccino (Lv.41, ability: skill link) shedinja (Lv.33, Abilty: wonder guard) So if anyone has any suggestions I’ll gladly appreciate it.
