Spoiler You have to get the attack EV card, which is found later on in the game. Unfortunately, there is no really good way to EV train early on, unless its speed or HP. Spoiler You have to get the attack EV card which you can only find later in the game as you need surf and rock climb for it and search around goldenleaf town. Anstane 71 Posted July 28, 2017 The keycard to unlock the Attack EV training room is gotten in the Wispy Ruins after you obtain the Rock Climb TM. I think you need a certain number of badges too to be able to unlock the room. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
