Byxbysian Hideout sidequest?

So, I was running around trying to find a moss rock for my eevee (which i eventually found after searching the forums) and I come across this. 

 

 

Does anyone know if this is a sidequest or just a random thing? Lana there complains something about the machine being broken and says the machine is grounded (lol).

Yes this IS a side-quest for Beldum. You have to get a Tauros into the house (first enter the chip OBVIOUSLY) then go ahead and while your riding Tauros you need to go a-head and teleport (its easier TRUST ME) then you go into the grotto then you can go find Beldum,go ahead and shiny hunt ig you want but here is how you DO the event

I don't even get how somoene can miss that, it's just so obvious!

Check the beldun event on youtube, if you really wany a Beldun, it's quite a long quest, and make sure you're prepared too catch it (bring timer balls and make sure you can paralyse it)

Huh. So that's how you get beldum. Well, I don't really NEED IT which is why I never actually bother with it and forgot about it until now. But I might as well knock it out of the way now. Thanks guys!
