Berserker

i'm stuck at the water treatment center and where this dude (don't remember his name) down the water level and then i had a double battle after that and i lost, when i returned to that spot the water level was up and i cannot go further because there is no one to lower the water level. I am also unable to upload my file can somebody please help me. (maby its because i have a mac, i dont know) but if somebody knows a solution i would be thankful
