I didn't even know kecleon got trickroom, that could be fun, I was also considering audio with regenerator, tr wish encore dazzling, but it seems encore always only lasts for 2 rounds, so I only get 1 'bad attack' out of it after the switch.... Also it's a pain to deal with wild Pokémon because I can't escape from most of them and audino needs a million attacks to actually defeat them. Porygon is a no because I've used it already in another playthrough, but you got me at least 1 more option I wasn't aware of

Def 6 Hp Frisk; Amplified rock Gigadrain Dragon pulse Flamethrower Trick room Currently I'm thinking of just getting a slowqueen as my other trick room setter, since my slowsis is an absolute beast, she tanked an EQ from the lvl 75 Garchomp at lv 43 or something like that, but It feels wrong to put basically the same Mon on the team twice.... Also I won't put on aromatisse because I can't stand that pokemon, anyway im looking for other people's opinions on a backup setter

they cant really switch into them no (i'm playing on set not shift so you dont get asked to switch after you down something) and sandslash might not be able to stay in depending what he fought before steel came in, choice band and all that, lapras is the only safe switch in i have against steel, mamoswine ofc can deal with most steel types fine if he outspeeds (which he does to most), but bulletpunches and air balloons exist, and ofc then there is scizor, which oneshots sandslash and mamoswine with superpower

i would but ninetales needs tm for blizzard and i dont think we have that yet right? and yes i want a secondary hail, not a second snow warning, taking away the best mon to deal with steel wont make steel easier to deal with, lapras is not at all the weakest link just because its not a sweeper, lapras came in clutch by being able to take 3 hits from something that could oneshot everything else a lot and has secured its place in the team, the only mon that could even be argued to replace lapras is as i mentioned walrain, because it does the same as lapras, but gets ice body, the reason i dont do that is because i like lapras a lot more (also walrain doesnt get freeze dry, i'm gonna act like i knew that before i looked it up ) so the question is if i want to sacrifice assault vest on it for leftovers, or find space on somebody else, like hail instead of will-o-wisp or rock tomb.

I know lapras is not the best option but there is no way I'm getting rid of it, I had abomasnow instead of weavile for a while, but it just underperformed in the actual battle compared to everything else, ended up only being usefull against water types and for the secondary hail set up, but tbh freeze dry and lapras walling them works just as well against water types, vaniluxe I haven't tried but I think if I get a pure ice type instead of anything else it would be avalugg since I need a wall more than anything else in that team for the times I can't get the veil going properly, also I like the water ice combo against steel, since there isnt much else that can be switched into a steel attack

So i would like to do a sort of monotype with ice, but not really, it's more like the Lorelei rule of ice, because i really want a Slowbro so i would love to get a Slowpoke Lapras (if possible with ancient power) Female Snorunt Bergmite Sneasel (if possible with razor claw since the item is only available very late in the game) and if possible articuno (mainly for fly) if thats too much, i guess delibird has to do, even though i would probably use that slot for an HM slave before using a delibird to be completely honest Iv's really do not matter too much, as long as they are not horrible, if i want to min max it in the end i can always breed them. so i'm just guessing randomly here, but there was the plan to blow the thing up a while ago right? so it may or may not be possible that the gym follows julias battle style at some point and goes boom? with some suspiciously placed explosives next to it

does anyone know whats with the box next to Julias gym? if you click on it it just says "What a suspicious box...", it reminded me of the scraggy thing but it's out in the open and not in the slums sooo, any ideas?
