Edit: no, you can't get to the center tile. The boxes at the bottom block it off.

I think it's part of the puzzle. Keep looking around and find ways to solve it as that item is obtainable. If it's not and you have exhausted every option report back with proof. owo

I figured that much already, as I've actually gotten that item in earlier episodes. However, the center tile is now inaccessible, blocked off by those 2 boxes at the bottom. They weren't there in previous episodes.
