If u r low on health and you have access to route 1, read on Lemme tell you that oran berries will do the trick, go to route 1, talk to the milktank and feed oran to it, u will get moomoo milk, if this does not work, ride a tauros and try again. Theey're cheap and restore a whopping 90 HP compared to super potions. You can buy as much as you want. I bought 50, what my budget allowed me after Shade, to buy 50.
