A simple question, how does one open the locked room in the Abandoned Powerplant? (Forgive me if the answer is obvious and or stupid.)

To open a lock you need a key...try searching underground

The key is in the cave in the Tanzan Mountain. Go to the cave where you discovered Saphira survived

Yo. Stratos. I will give it to him directly. Enter Tanzan Mountain and go to the cave where Saphira cam out. You can jump from the other ledges. When you find the Stramph puzzle don't worry. Your not doing it. Enter the cave on the right. There will be a small stramph-hole puzzle. You can do the rest.
