nasserthemaster 0
Replace rain dance on Gyarados with Bounce which is a powerful STAB flying type attack (85BP), which can be taught from the Agate Circus move tutor for shards.
DarkLight 3
For Typhlosion, you should replace Quick Attack with either Hidden Power (for coverage purposes) or re-learn Swift. Typholsion is more about being a special attacker than anything else.
