Anyway though, Sableye can too, I think, but getting Thunder Wave onto that is a wee bit harder. (Why is it in the Humanshape egg group in the first place? It's not even vaguely human shaped... well maybe if you squint...) Otherwise though, Swagger's really not worth the effort, in my opinion.
