Byxbysion Tunnels

How do i enter the Byxbysion Tunnels. I found 1 tunnel but it's blocked by an unmovable rock, and i saw a second one but i can't find any paths to get to that tunnel, Can someone please tell me how i can enter that tunnel?

There's one entrance by the computer by a computer in the southwest part of the wasteland. It's next to the elevator with the old man.
I know there's another, but it's not coming to mind. Someone want to fill in the gap?

I am at the location you told me but the other door is locked

Don't you also how to turn all the "glowy-thingys" to a certain color, which is red? I feel so stupid for getting what those things were xD

You have to turn all of the "Towers" to blue or something like that. Go around and you'll see a door open. You won't know which door, but just try to find it!
