(SPOILER KINDA) STUCK ON E17: Titania not appearing on her Battlefield

I've reverted my save, I've uninstalled all of my mods, I've tried everything at this point. I have 60 hours in this save and I'm to far in to reset. I would even take a save for my route at this point. Any help would be appreciated.

Just to make sure, you've found her castle and aren't just looking for her at the scrapyard, yes?

Yep, I've fought the Reshiram, and watched the scene where Taka and Lin die, but whenever I go up to the battle field she's not there.
