Windows Crash when Opening ep19

Crashing with the following error:

Ep 18 still opens the game. My saved games are all on D: drive. Is this something new where I am required to save on C: drive? I know the folder of Saved Games does not exist on my C: drive for formatting purposes.

I set up a symlink from my D drive saves to the C drive saves and its working, but it feels like a janky workaround and I don't know what repercussions there will be in the future if something goes wrong.
