Game crashes while trying to trade

I've been trying to trade with different people since I started the game about two weeks back. Every time I try to trade, the game crashes/freezes for the other person I am trying to trade with. I can wonder trade without any problems. I've checked my firewall and windows defender settings and they look okay.
