I've been looking all over Blackview City for the old ranger base and I'm going insane trying to find it. I have already finished the big battle in blackview too, just need some help finding the base in this confusing city ty

Head all the way south till you're in the Port area. Then head north like so:

You'll run into the building straight from there. Talk to the book on the table to start the event for Majira's First Key.
