Lunartone Posted August 18, 2019 Posted August 18, 2019 I decided to lower the difficulty to casual for chapter 4(thx Narcissa) since my team couldn't handle it on normal but when I went back to Gearen City to change it,he isn't there.Is this a bug or did he go somewhere else?
Autumn Zephyr Posted August 18, 2019 Posted August 18, 2019 At some point, Mr. Luck leaves to visit the Terrial Subregion, and consequently become a useless NPC (even after you find him). I hadn't expected that to happen quite so early in the game, but given what's about to happen, it does make sense....
