I am looking for Bulbasaur,Bagon and Charizard(Since I skipped the Simon quest :c i got no super rod T_T <-is there a way to get it).Anyway I am looking for Bulbasaur,Bagon and Charizard. ..V..

About Charmander I'm not sure, but Bulbasaur is on

As for Bagon it is an event pokemon that is available after the event in Agate City near the end of the episode. You need to talk to a hiker in Agate to start the event.
