I'm trying to plan out a bit of my playthrough and when I want to go after certain pokemon, and many MANY pages reference a "city restoration" event. However, I can find literally no information on when this city restoration actually takes place! For frame of reference, I am just about to face the (10th?) gym leader Radomus.
