ok so i went through the entire jungle and talked to everyone same with kakori town and im not entirely sure what im looking for

Is that the one where you're suppose to talk to all the people with the "..." dialogue? If so I think there were a few in Kristiline town and Teila resort too. Just talk to all of them and the quest should progress.
