I can give you one with completely random IVs, one with like 3 perfect IVs or, if you wanne save time with the breeding, an optimal one with 5 31 IV. I don't need anything either way and i already have a fully trained tyranitar, so i do not need this one, as breeding for a new one is only a matter of minutes.
