Pokemon Autograph quest???

So I have seen a lot of forums on this but I haven't seen this come up. I gave McKrezzy his Roggenrolla back but he didnt give me the autograph. So I still need to give the girl in apophyl her makuhita and the other person their vanillite. Could someone tell me how to get the autograph?

(Does him bringing up the service have anything to do with it??)

That's the thing. Speak to the girl in Apophyll and she'll ask for an autograph from a certain sparking individual, and once you give her that autograph, you can give her Makuhita. Perhaps you need to do this to in order to unlock what folds next.
