They probably are just to boost friendship but I just got a shiny feebas and if I'm not mistaken there is only one prism scale in-game meaning I can only get one Milotic per save file. Idk if I like the shiny milotic desing better than the normal one but I feel tempted to evolve the sucker. Best case scenario someone would be an angel and give one to me BUT it is only a best case scenario... Quote
